Alliance Name: Namekian Elite Peace Treaty
Description: NEPT patrols the universe keeping the peace amongst planets, handling all matters of galactic theft, assault and anything else against all laws. Usual uniform is steel plated armor, worn underneath garments. Identification of NEPT personnel must be on hand at all times and is to be printed with appearance, age, home planet and any other identifiable details. When not on duty no uniform is to be worn, yet one must be ready for call at all times, and are to help without hesitation. Any crimes committed by own personnel will be handled as normal and the criminals will face extra charges. All peace will be kept!
History: NEPT is new on the scene is hopes of calming the galaxy which has recently launched into overdrive, the increase in galactic theft has risen by 30%, these numbers will be terminated. Any race can join too!
