more custom moves

i was thinking after a person gets to a certain amount of power level they can pick 1/2 more custom moves cause i already have ideas for new ones and i think it would be very nice for later if i get to that certain PL

You guys can have all the custom moves you want, you just have to go out and invent it! Go make a training thread, practice your skills, and make up your move. It's your choice.
