Oneeda is a saiyan tyrant, who ignores all rules, and does what he wants. He tries not to be bad, but the saiyan blood in him causes him to create havoc. He is a very serious guy, and doesn't take trash talk from anyone. Taking someone's life without even second thinking about it, although it wouldn't be his first. Oneeda has several siblings, some Evil that causes destruction all around the universe, and some good hearted, helping others. Oneeda is right in the middle, he see's no reason to help, or to hurt anyone. A lone wolf, who taunts his enemies before devouring them.....

History

Oneeda was born on the planet Vegeta, his parents were two saiyan refugees that ignored all freiza's rules. Once they learned planet Vegeta would be soon attacked, they sent him off in a saiyan space pod to Earth. Not to kill, nor to cause peace, but to live life to its fullest. Meaning no rules, doing what you want, when you feel like it. His parents would be soon killed of by master Freiza, ending with the death of the planet(as in your rpg's history). The saiyan out-law would learn to care for himself, needing no one to take care of him, or doing the dirty work. Oneeda's number one rule was to get the dragonball's, and wish his parents back to life, or maybe the entire "saiyan" race that Freiza finished off.

Man please expand on the biography bit, and you cannot have this many transformations at your power level. You can go back and play as Zorack though, and get your pl of 10,500

Name: Fire Wraith
Description: A ki blast that surrounds Oneeda's body, but doesnt touch him. He then charges after his opponent, releasing a large explosion of fiery Ki upon them.
