i know im not cleric/gekisaru or something but in case he does see this how bout you make it if they are by power level by hmm how about 1000 as long as they are not more then 1000 PL apart they can use fusion and there could be a quest in which you can fuse and i think there should be a amount of time like the 30 mins or 5 posts and potara...this won't be good as fusing with someone forever ain't the best idea i mean never being able to play as there character again....
