Where's My Scouter?

Quest Overview: A couple of low-life thieves have taken someones scouter while you were finishing up some training. And they have some zeni on them. Kill the pathetic punks and take everything! They have set up at their camp toward the west of your own camp. Hiding somewhere in the mountains. You have only a few hours to take what is yours before they sell it, hurry. But keep the scouter for your self, the weakling should have gotten it himself.
