Yes. Just as it says. A lottery. But, you must choose your own number, by filling in numbers in the provided spaces:

Then, you must say how many you want to buy. If you win a lottery, you will win 20,000z. But, you must pay 1,000z per ticket. When this is over on the 30th, a die will be rolled and whoever's lotto number is closest to the drawn number wins the prize.
Lottery is drawn every week.
