King Vegeta's Elites Tournament

Quest Overview: King Vegeta has invented the galactic elite's tournament, and you've been accepted in! You must compete against 108 other competitors (don't worry, you're only actually fighting 7 other people in 7 rounds), and the last round will be against the current tournament champion! If you win, you'll have much glory, and you'll have the opportunity of becoming a Saiyan elite! That'll be hard, though. All your opponents are around your power level.
