training of the saiyan

cojin goes into his training room and trains a insane amount trying to increase his speed and power after the first couple of mins he gets a little tired but then thinks "that android defeated me...i gotta be stronger then him when im normal" he then trains a bunch more at one point his hands felt like mush he then sat down ate some food then trained more he would not give up just keep training over and over for 1 day after that he fell down coughed up blood and was down for 3 mins until he got up and said "...a saiyan never gives up i never gave up when every saiyan was destroyed my father mother they all died im not gonna give up if i did they would be ashamed of me i can never give up no matter what never gave up then never gonna now i must train harder and harder until i am the most powerful so i can defend those i care for" he then trains for even more until one day his body breaks down from all the training nearly dead barely alive from all the training he gets up but nearly dead he then walks out the next day he has healed some he trains for another couple of days but at one point his insane amount of training has payed off he has gotten pretty good stronger and since he healed from near death his power has gone up to
