Quest Overview: A strange wind is blowing everything down! Homes are being destroyed, and the people can't resist the power of the winds. You must find the source, kill the evil wizard (after finding him, the source), and turn off his machine (use your imagination to build a picture of it).
Rewards: 4,000pl, wizard's golden trident, +10 alignment
Requirements: 5,000pl
