Quest overview: Ya, the planet Vegeta has problems, some serious and some not so, but there's a "True" fighter in the city nearby who's taking on little kids and children. So you know what? Walk over to him and get him started, then you can show him who's a real fighter.
Quest Reward: +1000 PL, +1 karma for letting him go, -1 karma and 500z for robbing his unconscious body
