raditz saiyan elite

raditz the saiyan elite is attacking and destroying citys defeat him before he destroys every city on all of earth his power level is 1500 if you don't be careful your gonna get a beating if you give him time to use a power ball must be a good saiyan or anything else to do this quest

Good idea, but canon characters aren't allowed in quests, unless it's a special event.
